Vegetarian's Recipe --- Fried Soybean

Talking about vegetarian, most people think their recipe  would be much boring and tastless because the gredients that can be choose to cook are limited. Today, I would like to demostrate how to cook a Shanghai dish--Fried Soybean with Chinese mushroom.
Soybean is a healthy-promoting food in helping to prolong  life, less calorie, low-fat and high protain, and study shows that " one cup of soybeans provides 57.2% of the Daily Value (DV) for protein for less than 300 calories and only 2.2 grams of saturated fat."
Ingredients:
1. Soybean; 2. Chinese mushroom; 3. Dried Radish; 4. Peanuts.



       
Instructions:
1. Heat the oil in the pan, and put the soybeans into it and stir about 5 minutes;
2. Mix the mushroom and dried radish with the soybean , then add a spoon of
   water to stew;
3.add a spoon of sugar before transfer the food to a plate when there is no water
   in the pan.
Finally, the vegetarian cuisine is done , it taste really good , is it easy ?
